      Sis avoid maida junk food, do some walk 20min excersice 20min and mrng padam eaduthukonga empty stomach 1glass hot water kudinga I'm also 5yrs suffer from pcos now my food are changed konjam changes theriuthu and irukura wait la irundhu 5kg reduce panunga frst automatic ah changes therium parunga

      Don't take junk food like pizza burger, maida, parotta. Take fruit and vegetables salad for breakfast, do exercise and yoga regularly, take iron food like dry fruits. Don't take oily food and snacks always try to take steaming food
