I´ve watched TITANIC so many times now, that always when I hear the 20th century fox music I always expect the Titanic soundtrack next💖 I hope Titanic gets re-released all over the world next year🥺💖 (25th anniversary)
Yes same here i hope it get rerelease in its 25th anniversary so i can experience it in theaters myself. I was just 2 yrs old when this movie came out and 13 in 2012 3D rerelease so i had no chance to go to theaters to watch it.
Just realized why something felt off here. The international versions (non-US) open with the 20th Century Fox logo. In the states it opens with the Paramount logo.
When the film was in production it was a 20th Century Fox film, even filmed in Fox Studios Baja in Mexico, but when the budget skyrocketed Cameron asked for another studio to contribute, that's when Paramount came on board (no pun intended) but i guess the condition was that the film was to be released in the US as a Paramount film, with Fox handling the international release
I really dig the Paramount intro since it's silent, no fanfare which in a way pays respects for those who passed on during the sinking. Then, once the score kicks up, it keeps that morose, sober feel to it. Setting up the right tone for the film.
@@Lomes If the version you're watching has the 20th Century Fox logo, you're (somehow) seeing an international version of the movie. I watched this film to live music in Leeds. It was good but not great. They play to the main songs featured throughout but was disappointed that the string quartet wasn’t live or 1st class dining music. Having said that I would still go and watch it again. Especially if it’s on at the Albert. That place has a lovely ambience.
