It was included on Independence of the Seas. I am not sure if there are other ships with a Starbucks branded store, but on my sailing, I was able to get my White Chocolate Mocha and Caramel Macchiato for free. I believe my package was the $30 per day one.
The deluxe, refreshment, and coffee card give you access to the "serving starbucks" specialty coffee (expresso) on all ships. The ship classes that additionally have an actual starbucks location/kiosk are not covered by any package.
We love PlayerMakers sports bar and the band at Boleros . We wish Independence would come back to Port C, hate the Miami traffic . Great Video
