In today's video I try to make a close to CEDH level Animar, Soul of Elements deck. Why would I do that? I was asked too. Honestly I'm pretty happy with how the deck turned out.

Always wanted to build an Animar deck, he's very cool, but so expensive to build the deck good. The man himself was like 40 last I checked?
Animar can be very cheap to build just depends on how powerful you want it

Ima need to know all the combos. I recently built animar myself but a more “budget” version just running a bunch or dorks and card draw that draws me into the statue/ballista combo. More combos would make the deck much more reliable instead of being a one trick pony. What other combos are there? I would appreciate this explanation please. ❤

Just curious, what did you mean by using Green Sun's Zenith for guaranteed Dockside? I thought it only lets you search for Green creatures
Also, I like the Hullbreaker + Meteor Colossus combo, pretty much go thru your deck but im p sure those are too expensive cmc for CEDH
Yeah, I kinda suck at talking, its a guaranteed dockside combo card because it finds Temur sabertooth.

I disagree with some of the card choices. Animar is a deck where colorless mana quickly becomes obsolete. That makes Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, and Mana Drain questionable. I also dislike Farseek and Growth Spiral because better creature-based ramp options exist.
Peregrine Drake and Palinchron are good for the same reasons as Cloud of Faeries and Dockside.
Kiora's Follower is worth considering to untap Gaea's Cradle. And Arbor Elf + Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth can do that same.
Cloudstone Curio is an additional combo piece that allows you to loop 2 creatures for as long as you can pay the colored mana pips.
Orochi Leafcaller lets you spend green mana as if it were any color, which makes Cradle even better.
Spellstutter Sprite blanks any 1-mana spell. Sometimes 2-drops if you drew Cloud of Faeries.
Glen Elandra Archmage is also a handy creature-based negate.
