@@gilbertlisondra2831 that's good to hear, if it's enough depends what follows after. As a cyclist you need your periods of endurance work. Mathieu had to do a step back too to come back stronger. I can imagine Puck to be a person being too enthousiast, I hope she has the right guidance at her side.
That was easier than last Week which was surprising. Puck was giving away 5 - 10 secs last 3 laps making those little time consuming mistakes. Will prob close up a bit in a few races time.
I want to be wrong, but its insane to keep such a high pace for the whole race, last week was the same. It is also so painful to see Alvarado loosing a minute- two. I miss those Alvarado-Brand races of 2020...
Naa she has brilliant technique on the X bike and takes seconds out of every one at nearly every point of the course. Plus she is very cool under any stress !

Not exactly thrilling. Fem, Puck and Carmen were off the front half-way through the first lap and dirt time-trialed it the entire way. Meanwhile, Clara's near-total inability to start makes yet another appearance. If Clara could get off the line, she'd be up there with the leaders.
@@tehjawsome I understand racing is second fiddle this season, her commitment to finishing her degree taking the top step. Regardless, elite athletes need to acknowledge their weaknesses and address them. She's had years to work this out, making no progress - hence, my new coach remark.

Talked to Puck briefly yesterday and she said she’ll take 2 weeks off. Not sure if that’s enough.

Sad the sport seems only to be taken seriously in The Netherlands. No young talent grown anywhere else.
