But Sir, the issue lies elsewhere. International Studies show that this is because of inequality and deprivation (as in case with Black Americans in US). You just improve his standard of living with education and economic empowerment, he will be as law-abiding as it gets. So sir, the issue is not in obstruction of a progressive criminal law rather it has be be economic development and equality of people. If the honorable MP keeps arguing like this, we would be keeping our eyes shut from real issues and conditions wouldn't improve for our SC-ST-MINORITY brothers and sisters even in next 50 years. So equality and non-deprivation is the need of the hour.
