Direct thrombin inhibitors for prophylaxis and management
Argatroban IV is more important and urgent than the oral agents. Move to ICU.
Transition to warfarin or other anticoagulants (not Heparin) for 30 days when platelet count has recovered.

Normal platelet count is 150,000 to 450,000 per microliter of the blood.

Your thought process behind your treatment plan for handling blood clots caused by the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (& others like it) is brilliant and extremely important! It reminds me of how doctors rushed to put COVID19 patients on ventilators, but so many of those patients died anyway. Here’s a perfect example of how much we have to remember that we cannot routinely treat complications from COVID19 the same way that we would treat other respiratory diseases and infections. I hope that your treatment plan becomes the Gold Standard for handling this kind of COVID19 complication. I was stunned by how fast that the Johnson and Johnson vaccine was RE introduced to the public after recently being recalled due to links with blood clots 🤯! Yes there are more cases. My daughter got J J vaccine April 6. She’s 24 years old. She was dizzy immediately after the shot. 2 days later we were talking and suddenly blood began pouring from her nose. She’s never had a nosebleed. We went to the hospital. They did not admit her. I insisted on a platelet count. Because she’s an adult I couldn’t go in the hospital with her. She later said they did blood work and chest x-ray. There diagnosis was simply nosebleed with no reason. So since they refused to link it with the vaccine, it won’t be reported to the CDC. So I have to agree that the doctors, urgent care and hospitals are not prepared to take these symptoms seriously, and many don’t know what to do. I’m just walking on eggshells, checking on her everyday, and waiting for 8 more days to pass without any more symptoms.

There are 11 reporting systems including VAERs and you can report to VAERs without a doctor. Call the center who gave you vax to get proper number for reporting.. Also it may be on the waiver you signed.

Dear Beth, Nosebleeds can indicate low Vit C status - and vit C is drawn on by the body to assist in detoxifying and other processes. I took 1 gram size doses of Ascorbic Acid 2 hourly for 2+ days, after after my #1-AZ shot, as prophylaxis and tapered off. Then on day 3 afternoon, i felt awful - chilly, depleted and pounding headache, so resumed AA dosing, had a long nap and came good straight away. The dizziness can be associated with fear and shock of the situation causing temporary low blood pressure.
Dear Beth, I trust that dose 2 proceeded without issue. I would like to reassure, that like you I have distrust around this whole vacc. thing also - especially when there is input all around, making me feel a whole lot worse. I decided that I have to have SOME trust in the medical system - just as i would to present with a broken leg- that commonsense is warranted, and so not to be drawn to false conclusions. The hospital tests demonstrated that your dear daughter and her symptoms WERE taken seriously, and the results truly excluded serious issues. I wish they had been able to comfort you in this knowledge but I guess they are just so overwhelmed from the past 18 mths and maybe fact is "just fact" to them and they don't understand why you would question that.
I am glad you are here with Dr Mobeen as I think he is he is an excellent guide and has a very balanced outlook. We are all concerned about clots and have been researching, and so have the clever skilled experts. The clots are real, rare, and now successfully TREATABLE for the tiny unfortunate minority who suffer them. There will always be poor outcomes in extreme cases. We know that right? Please rest assured that the Covid itself has been factually shown to be manifold worse risk, than vaccine side effects. This clotting is happening very frequently. It’s just is not reported or even being acknowledged. I’ve heard of cases that doctors won’t even touch these people. It’s unbelievable. 😩

I think that there has been a lot more than 6 cases, there could be a big problem with under reporting or not linking these incidents with the vaccine. In Australia alone justa couple of months into our vaccination rollout there have been 2 serious cases of clotting, 1 man and 1 woman, both below 50 yrs old.
Many bad Adverse reactions not only clotting are being reported re the yellow card scheme and on other official statistic sites.. People that felt well and healthy are now suffering

These J & J clotting stats - do not include all the cases involving AstraZeneca shots in other countries in addition to the J&J cases ... which appears to be about 79 cases.

My mother who is 88 had a stroke 1 month after getting the 2nd shot. I have been calling neurologist and cardiologist and they are all experiencing an increase in patients. It is over a month wait for an appointment. I am not anti-vaccine I am just telling you what I am experiencing and my observation of what is happening in the medical field.

Bleeding time isn’t a great test. Do d-dimer and fibrinogen as part of the work-up. And a blood film.

Thank you Dr Been for this information. I am over 50 and willing to take the Oxford/AstraZenica as soon as it is offered on schedule restart. I have a few morbidities and work in pastoral care in the community. This is my expectation that our Chief Medical Officers and Federal Government ought to be communicating to the public. Unfortunately too little communicated other than walking away from the vaccinate schedule roll out. But they avoid and prohibit Ivermectin advice - and like in USA Ivermectin is taboo and censored. Instead of letting doctors prescribe ivermectin even for prophylactic and covid treatment.

The data on blood clotting is changing quickly along with government policies. Many people will be confused and angry without reliable information. For now we need to identify the options we have and gather as much data as possible.
Stay away if you can take ivermectin talk to your doctor first read data your self if you can

It occurs to me that the next job of medical professional and researchers will be to identify the biomarkers associated with different issues. I am thinking about the fact that no one knew about association between low Vitamin D level and risk of catching or risk of severe disease, as this was not generally checked. Then after many months of the pandemic, someone thought to look at the data from hospitalized patients who did have blood work containing vitamin d levels and saw the association between serum D levels lower than 40 with increased risk of catching COVID and hospitalization and severe disease. The treatment should be managed in a hospital setting with the involvement of a Haematologist. NO HEPARIN. Short-acting NOAC (to start, changing to a longer-acting one once stable) and Immunoglobulin has been used here in Australia successfully for treatment of both cases noted.

Since I had the Immunization my D-Dimer was high , I have High platelets and severe inflammation i have no idea where all this is coming from and my MD has me going to 4 other specialists I have been in the hospital 6 times they have no idea either.

Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System - VAERS, search for it, then search for c-19 vaccines, then look at the lag time in the data. At 5K AEs, the SARS vaccine roll out was quietly halted. Now look at those numbers again and stop and think.
What's the possible ingradient/s in the vaccine that initiate the coagulopathy? Why you're not discussing the possible offending ingradient/s?
What about the possibility clots are linked also to bad vaccine application technique (some vaccine gets into blood stream)?

David Ward Can you substantiate your claims. My understanding is that there are only 20 deaths following 3.7 billion doses of ivermectin which are most likely linked to dying parasites in the body. Compare this to the 2500 deaths from vaccines in the space of a few months.

I've been having trouble breathing 3 days after my first dose. Should have never gotten the second. My parents wanted me too though. I'm absolutely livid. I have chest pain and trouble breathing and have had it for 8 months. Been going to emergency and had an EKG/Xray done on 2-4 occasions and they all come back normal. Had a cardiovascular test and it was normal. I'm starting to think it might be clots in my lungs which is super serious isnt it? I have legitimtely no idea what to do now. Was thinking of getting ozone therapy but I'm pretty poor and it costs over 1000$ a session. I'm a 30 year old student back in school trying to pursue a health diploma and can't even exercise anymore because of this..... ABSOLUTELY LIVID!!! Please.. if anyone has any advice or can help let me know. I'm all ears.

My doctor said it was OK to take ibuprofen after experiencing some of the symptoms from the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, he said it does not necessarily mean there is a clotting issue, it could be just the immune system reacting… which is typical after a vaccine or an infection.
I will stay away from NSAIDS like ibuprofen. Long term users develop food allergy which makes one more susceptible to developing covid breathing problems.

do you also indicate prednisone or methylprednisolone? I have been using prednisone 20mg for R.A. and since I am a covid long-hauler when I got the Pfizer vaccine on March 22. I developed purple itchy spots on my veins in my shins 2 weeks after getting Pfizer vaccine. I have on-going headaches since vaccine and yesterday severe GIT for 1 day and no bleeding in gums, just nosebleed 1 day. I guess the key word is PERSISTENT. I went to the E.R. with these symptoms to Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, CA and my Platelets were good (274), but my neutrophils were high (83.1%) and lymphocytes were low (10.1%). My leg ultrasound was normal. My D-Dimer was normal. I am taking NAC up to 8g per day for management of these symptoms.
One E.R. Dr thought he saw my d-dimer was high and wanted to discharge me and have me come back in 24-48 hours, but he made an error and may have looked at a different patient's lab results and mistook them for mine. Otherwise, they were not even going to check my D-Dimer and INR. Both were thankfully normal.
