Looks like awesome house, I like the mountain views, the quality of the build, the amazing kitchen, the hot tub & fireplace and the super large 3.5 car garage. The did a great job with the stairs, floors, and baseboards as well.
No pool tho
Can not beat that mountain view and the doors leading to outside downstairs are super high end.

3:36 "hot water heater" you don't heat already hot water. It's just a water heater.
Guess you don't live in Phoenix because most of the year water come out of the tap hot. Pipes are close to surface because freezing isn't an issue & temperatures are in the triple digits often. So technically he is accurate.
@@zionism48 3 months are hot in Phoenix which is nice for nightly pool parties!! The other 9 months it's perfect, lived here 10 years and love it.
