The house is nice. Suggest ko lang next time kapag mag ppresent ka, pakita din yung mga staff room. Personally as a buyer, isa sa factor ko yan if okay ang house sa akin or hindi. Very narrow staff room is a no deal for me. Staff needs to be treated properly and they need to have their resting area comfortable.

There are no grills on the ground floor because it is a safe village? But why are there grills in all the windows in the second floor? Are there manananggals flying around at night? The area besides the kitchen was probably originally intended as a dirty kitchen. It is a bit "weird" to have an hobby area inside the kitchen just beside the access door from/to the maids and drivers quarters.,
@Richard Biteng i think the designer thought of adding grills on the second floor windows as a safety feauture because of the lower edges, a security for the small kids occupying the room.

The boundary fence height is inconsistant, some 2.3m, some less then 1m (demarcation with next door neighbour). This could be raised to an appropriate height for security consideration. 4. All in all, floor plan is acceptable, with the exception of no helpers room provided. 5. One plus point is that all bedrooms have wall opening and power point provisons for future installation of air conditioning units by the buyer of the house. 6. Asking price of the hosue is high is comparison with the overall quality of the house.

Yes, Love the house all the features are nice, but the room/den at the groundfloor is inappropriate for an elderly room because there is no shower cubicle in the adjacent C.R/ powder room , can you give me an idea how to improve this area that can give me more insights that can convince me to possibly make my decision easier.

Nice modern house, but large windows are overkill, considering houses are next to each other.
There are no grills on the ground floor because it is a safe village?
But why are there grills in all the windows in the second floor? Are there manananggals flying around at night?
The area besides the kitchen was probably originally intended as a dirty kitchen. It is a bit "weird" to have an hobby area inside the kitchen just beside the access door from/to the maids and drivers quarters.,
@Richard Biteng i think the designer thought of adding grills on the second floor windows as a safety feauture because of the lower edges, a security for the small kids occupying the room.

What do you mean by METAPHORICALLY speaking ? Even if the house in the Philippines featured on Yt is more EXPENSIVE the cost of living is low and as of 9/13/2022 the exchange rate is $1=56.98 PH. Food is cheaper ,local labor is cheap. One can have a house help and driver real cheap.
