Love Beat Street! That London - Toronto connection longer than 30 years though innit? Malik X, Dr No basically starting the scene in '91. I think Goldie and Phantasy were the first big headliners in '92?

Nice, you were clearly around back then. All your facts above were spot on. I remember when Goldie and Phantasy were on Marcus' Prophecy show. Dr. No is my all time favourite DJ and I still have many of his old cassette tapes kicking around from Pleasure Dome and the early Syrous days.
