I collect Corelle too. My first set was a 20 piece place setting of the Butterfly Gold. That was my 2nd choice, my favorite is the Crazy Daisy, but the price is right. Then eventually I found that one at an estate sale half price and I couldn't resist. Now I have 2 20 piece place settings for each plus all the extra pieces that go along.
Ahhhh going to miss you two together. Maybe you can do shopping together via FaceTime and share with us 😀

Barb- NOW is the time to start your channel! You have the interested viewers now. Down the road, you cannot be sure they will still be around or you will be able to reach them again. If you have the time, do it now. I think everyone would like to know more about your family and see your great collections- especially your Rushton Santas and vintage Christmas items. You have a lot of knowledge to share.
I suggest doing bathrooms first. Also, check out locals. Get mnsme and #'s of what you like. May be able to purchase from a warehouse...use business lic for discount????

Barb keep in mind you could do minimal videos per month, like 2 a month. It does not have to be a weekly thing. Start slow so you do not overwhelm yourself.
Barb had a good idea with showing her family - that might be a comfortable place to start. Do 20 minute vlogs of her shopping for resale then going home when the kids are out of school for a little candid camera!
You'll need a Murphy bed to put in your studio room!

I had luck using Sensodyne whitening toothpaste and a brush to clean an old plush animal. That way I was not submersing the whole plush in water. If you have a colored plush, maybe just a regular toothpaste without the whitening feature. The toothpaste is that white kind, not the colored gel toothpaste.

New adventures can be exciting. You could always do split screen time on your auction sales. I watch 2 ladies do sales from 2 different states on one channel. They switch channels between them when they do lives. Auctions4U is one and they sell for the resellers. Maybe this can be an option for you two. Watch them and see if it could work. Watching tv utube....cabinets don't have to be moved to do vinyl floor if you get people who k own what they are doing. Don't recommend in bathroom in case if overflow going underneath.
BARB, I think you're just lovely and would enjoy a video once a week, or now and then. Perhaps start out with a LIVE CHAT and exchange ideas with your CZcams friends. Get comfortable being the HOST of your own channel and I'm sure it will take off.

Barb, you just have to do what Steve Harvey says in his book, "Jump". Exceptional book btw, I highly recommend it, it's very inspirational. Barb, if you don't do it we will miss seeing you so much. Even if you did occasional videos we'd be happy, we just don't want to lose touch with you. The worse part of it is editing the video. You already are over the stage fright so that's half the battle. And, if you take us out with you shopping you always don't have to buy something, that's not what we expect. We enjoy the experience of just looking and hearing your wisdom on vintage stuff. PLEASE Barb think strongly about doing it. You'll never know until you try.
