      The one thing I'm not a fan of is getting foams dried out. I used to leave wheels sealed up, but performance suffers. Dual stage foams are way to expensive to let them go bad....however vented tires, chucked in a drill at high speed....most of the water comes out. But when I have certain wheels on, water just is not allowed. Not going to trash 50$ steel wheels and 40$ worth of dual stage foam to play in a puddle. Heck I really don't even like sticking most trucks in any mud at all, yes electronics are waterproof, but bearings get expensive after a while.

  • @MandaPii_
    @MandaPii_ Před rokem +1

    Very similar cleaning procedure as I do. I remove the body and wheels and toss those in the sink to rinse them last. Then I take my airbrush with air-compressor to remove any dirt from the chassis and a hairdryer to dry up all the moisture. And maybe take a paper towel and some q-tips in some of the tiny crevices to be sure. Then I grease up any mechanical bits with a white lithium grease which is water repellent. Then I just clean the body and wheels under tap with an old dish washing brush if needed.

    Call me crazy but the sticker of the lady on the sticker sheet looked like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s explosive spy head from the original total recall… lol… not sure what the relation is to this… but hey it’s cool lol
    Update: the sticker is in fact the spy head from total recall 1990 movie. Above the main head is another sticker of her saying (2 weeks) when Arnold tries to slip through mars security, the guard asks her (Arnold in disguise) how long she is staying. She says 2 weeks… this confirms I was correct on my initial theory… “watch this, we hope you enjoyed the ride, 2 weeks” are all actual movie quotes and “you have died of dysentery “ is a game quote from the Oregon trail pc game of the 90s very unusual retro quotes of the past…
    I have no clue why though… lol out of fun and nostalgia i suppose….
