A suspect attends Court brutalised and bloodied and the Magistrate continues to prosecute such a case without questioning the evidence before him? The whole system is corrupt and not fit for purpose. What a terrible injustice!

If the had evidence of murder, why did they beat them up? If and when you have evidence, what the accused says doesn't matter, convictions are founded on facts, evidence and proof . Proof beyond reasonable doubt is the standard in criminal convictions. We don't know the reason for the decision because we didn't read the case report, and when more than one is convicted for murder, conspiracy and common purpose must be proved.
