I was your 1000th like. One of the best tutorials I've seen. Do you know any way to manipulate the Title field? I tried hiding it, view text only, etc., but nothing works. It's that I don't need a single line of text in my form at all, hence no need for title.

Hi - Thanks for the very detailled step-by-step explanation, I cant believe how simple you make this look (as opposed to other examples on the topic that I have seen). Did you already make a video on how to edit previously submitted data? Lets say you have quarterly data collection, but want to provide the user with the option to update the input from last Q, instead of entering everything all over again... Thanks!

I am struggling with below use case. Looking for your help on how to achieve this.
Developing a PowerApp form to capture location preference for employees. While filling the form -> Employees will be asked to select a country and state ( multichoice).
State field (dependent on Country field) will be multiselect meaning each user can select one country and multiple states.
Country & States will be fetched from a list called "Location"
Form will be submitted to another list called "Employees Data"
I also need to develop EDIT form for same use case. Where user can fetch previously submitted record and can view the selection and edit same.
Form developed using List-1 whereas the Location is pulled data from list-2. Data Sources are sharepoint list.
    Thank you in advance!!!

I would recommend not to use Excel as a data source, Use SharePoint or DataVerse . They are easy to set up and are much better solution than excel file. You can use excel sheet to create update and remove records using PowerApps.

Short but Great Tutorial. I would like to know two more steps to add to this form.
When we click on Submit Button, it takes us to the Success Screen. Here I want to have a step which will again go back to the New Form i.e. after we hit the Submit Button, it should say the Form is Submitted and than go back to the New Form.
Secondly when the form is submitted, is there a way the SharePoint automatically gets refreshed ?
Let me know how this can be achieved.
