In this video, I show you how to reverse a car. It is a driving lesson for beginner drivers, and is aimed at helping you pass your driving test. The key to reversing a car is doing it in a slow and controlled manner.
Steps to Reverse Parking
1.Fix the vehicle close.
2.Park the vehicle on the starting point of the parking slot.
3.Turn the steering to the parking slot.
4.Align the vehicle straight .
5.Move the vehicle back by focusing on both the sides.
6.Fix the vehicle on the parking slot in a straight angle.

My front road is 10ft, my gate is 10ft. I have to take Jeep (L=15 ft, wide 6.5 ft) inside.

Same concept (half clutch, brake release, little accelerate) applicable if slope is bit more?
Actually it is easier to reverse up a hill since the weight of the car is shifted to the front wheels and it kind of becomes a RWD car. A little bit of gas plus clutch bite point should be fine.
Thumbnail says easy way reverse parking. This certainly isn't one!

Car stopped in slope(hill station) due to some interuption, backside also cars are followed,taking my leg from brake car will move backside so my leg has to be quick to accelator is only the solution?

Dear Sir.. Your videos are very helpful.. I have a doubt in Reverse parking.. I have to drive my car from my home to a very narrow road which is in the front side of my home(T-Road condition from my home to left or right of that road and that road is very narrow). While taking reverse from my home to left or Right side of that road,I have a concern whether front side of my car touches the gate..My main tension is if front side of the car will touch the gate while turning back(taking reverse).. Please make a video to clear this kind of doubts/tensions..Is there any technique like your 'Extended space' method to resolve this problem?(My anxiety is regarding front side of the car and not back side,while taking reverse to a narrow road).I face the same situations in some shopping malls/Appartments,relatives/friend's home etc... Please make a video on the same as early as possible.. God bless your team 🙏

Gud one, works well in India ..but definitely this tip won't help you to clear the parking assessment in other countries which is one of the criteria to get driver license.. You will be failed instantly for dry steering and going back and forth...

In step 1 itself you can position the car slightly diagonal with tail lamp closer to parking spot corner and the front slightly away making sure that front has space on right and left. Approximately the front can be in the middle of the road. the real challenge is not parking spot width. It's the approach width.

You have something wrong at the beginning. When bring the car parallel and near to gate. You should have Little right and then back with those adjustments would be more easier than this. Interested know the truth..

First parking close to wall is wrong.Reverse parking calculate by length of car and width of street. Finally driver can do by his own idea by his trial..Driving skills improved only by number of hours he used to drive.
