ABOUT…
I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?

My niece is obsessed with all things Frozen, so naturally I’ve heard this song 3827158 times already. And yet I clicked in a millisecond because you and Brendon Urie are a magic combination. And you’re totally right: I can’t carry a tune in a bucket, but if I could have any singing skills whatsoever, his mix placement would be at the top of the list. That climb on the third “into the unknown” rivals the majesty of Everest. Delightful as always, Rebecca! ❤️

Damn I wish I had his high range. I can hit a lot of the same notes he does, but being a natural bass he definitely goes higher than I can. I also lack some of the power and twang he has in that super high register. Dammit Brendan, why must you be so fantastic?

I would love to hear your opinion on Chase Holfelder’s version. He did a “high note challenge” where he sings the song in a higher key by transposing it up a few times.
I loved how your eyes bulged when you were talk/singing the high from the chorus. That was silly fun to watch. Your always entertaining. You should be in musicals if you aren’t already.

I love how you say these things, when someone else say them the singer may feel bad, but you make it sound like you're really trying to help him improve.

Been my one of my daughter's favourite artists since they released "I write sins, not tragedies". He has a fantastic range and a whole kaleidoscope of colours and vocal gymnastics he can call on, it's such a shame he doesn't write like he used to.
