    3 t Shrimp Sate
    4 Cube Fermented Soy Bean
    2 t Pepper Sate Sauce
    3 t Sugar
    2 T Garlic
    2 Pounds Pork Jowl (Ma Heo)
    1 Package Okra
    Lemon
    Lettuces
    Mint
    Rau Ram
    Rau Chua
    Direction:
    1. In a bowl combined shrimp Sate, fermented soybean, pepper sate sauce, sugar & garlic. Mixed until combined. Divide the sauce in half one for marination and one for dipping sauce. For the dipping sauce squeeze a bit of lemon and a tad bit of sugar to your liking.
    2. Slide pork jowl into strip bite size & okra in half.
    3. Pour in all the marination and marinate for 15 minutes before grilling.
    4. Wrap pork jowl with all different types of herbs such as mint, rau ram & rau chua.
