- This is a time-lapse video showcasing the repaint and new livery of a Thomson Airways Boeing 767-300 G-OBYG. The job was completed over a 12 day period by Air Livery at Manchester Airport.

You got to love the 767s!
it's awful for the crew, so clumsy, inconvenient, awkward, crew - unfriendly
Decent aircraft. Only been on the 300 variant. The B767-400 was very underrated on 2 airlines ever flew it still to this day

As you being a Thomson employee. I really love your airline. It’s reviews and it’s logo. Your job is state of the art of what it has to be. Even tho we have like Hapag-Lloyd and stuff. Everything here is definitely the best as it is. I wish to fly it soon.

Lovely livery really suites thomson. Such an amazing livery for such an amazing airline.
The TUI livery is definitely a favourite of mine. It has this sense of fun and cheerfulness to it compared to the bleak all-white liveries carriers typically have their planes wear. It’s optimistic, adventurous and bold, and I’m glad it stuck around when Thomson rebranded as TUI.
What a great video - 12 days to re paint the whole aircraft! Looks superb in her new livery.

Jordan Nelson me to its so reliable! I'm flying to menorca in 2 weeks and as a plane enthusiast I'm already exited for it! I've flown via thompson around 5 times now and nothing has ever gone wrong!
And me - two or three times each year!!
I would never fly Thomson, their single room supplement is horrendous, when I asked them about it I was told "Ii should get some friends"

Came back from Tenerife on the 5th June on this actual plane, we flew back into Manchester. Flight number 2203. Very nice plane, Thomson are a amazing airline!

Sadly all the airlines of old are slowly disappearing fast especially with this pandemic. Wish there was Dan Air maybe renamed Dan Air UK. Who remembers cal Air bia or even orion at gatwick

an a320 could be $50,000 and a 777 could be $100,000 so for the 767 in the video somewhere between 75 and 85k

There's always a company who I love, that's TUI (Thomson) , Lufthansa and Virgin Atlantic , good quality seats. Wouldn't ask for more.

I personally preferred the previous livery, it was nice and simple and really shouted out charter airline. But I can't quite get my head around this one, however I think it may look nice on the 787 :)

Thomson/TUI is the greatest plane ever it’s like Jet2 and British airways and Concorde
Hi the plane was good and the livery was fabulous
me too but it looks very good and I think it will look great on the new dreamliner
Always thought the Thomson livery looked quite cheap when you consider the lines of the old Britannia design which for me was very smart however, i'm not quite sure about the new design as yet, first time i've seen it, i think i'll prefer it to the old design though, nice and fresh.
Same with Monarch's changed livery but i definitely preferred their last one.

I flew on Thomson to Tunisia when it was Thomsonfly. I was shocked when it was Thomson. Then I was even more shocked when it was TUI. I saw the TUI buses in Tenerife too

VOKE Yes there is. All planes have a registration number by the tail. This number never changes, so it's quite easy to tell what plane you've flown on. I can tell you where every plane I've been on is right now based on it's registration number. Most aviation enthusiasts know this....
Yeah i always write a note of the registraitions of the planes i was on. Plus they only change if they are going to a different airline as G-OBYG used to be D-ATYG with TUI Airlines in Germany.

Seen it for real even walked straight past it came back from florida in manchester airport they parked not at terminal but in a bay made us get on a bus about 20ft away from this same model of plane as in video 767 in this lovery so nice and cool to see defo goin manchester to see 787 there in this livery

I personally and a few others i know prefer the older livery rather than the new one, yes it probably looks a bit brighter and more colours but i just prefer the older one...

I kinda miss that old livery on the 757
It doesn't actually look as nice as anticipated, the 767's look lovely in the new livery but the 787 seems to be lacking something, the white which flows along the bottom along with the white engines kind of makes it look as though they ran out of blue paint, a beautiful plane nonetheless. I'm very glad to hear they've received their first delivery, personally I think they should of done what ANA did and give the plane a distinguishing livery
