Just a FYI for those who can weld. If you run a bead (TIG is best but MIG will work) right around the middle of the race they will simply fall out. No beating necessary. Did this for years on steering head races on motorcycles where you couldn't get a chisel on the lip. Great video just have to wait for the rebuild kits to be back in stock now.

Correct. at the end of the video I was showing how it was possible to remove the spindle, bearing and race components without removing the trailing arm. I will recommend removing the trailing arm from the body to rebuild it. It makes it a lot easier and you can replace the trailing arm bushing at the same time.
What is the approximate diameter of the shims? I've ordered all the bearings prior to watching your video and I can't seem to find the shim sizes. Thanks

Can't remember off hand. I bought mine as a completed kit.
Didn't go over how to install the bearing seals. How do you do this?
You just hammer the seal into the bearing housing. Use a piece of 2x4. Hope this helps.
