Welcome to my review of the 2023 Pulsar NS 160! In this video, I'll be sharing my thoughts and impressions on this latest offering from Bajaj Auto.
The 2023 Pulsar NS 160 comes with a 160cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 17.2 horsepower and 14.6 Nm of torque. It also features a 5-speed gearbox making gear changes smoother and easier.
In terms of design, the NS 160 has received some updates, including a Gear indicator, Usd Forks, Dual Abs, redesigned tank shrouds, headlight, and graphics. It also comes with a sporty split seat and a sharp tail section.
The suspension setup consists of USD forks and a monoshock at the rear, providing a comfortable ride even on bumpy roads. The bike also features disc brakes on both ends, ensuring good stopping power.
During my test ride, I found the NS 160 to be a nimble and agile bike, perfect for city riding. The engine is responsive and has a good mid-range punch, making overtaking easy. The bike handles well and feels planted even at higher speeds.

I think Daniel will ask for 6th for 125ccs from here on!.. I disagree with him for 6th gear for NS160.. What he fails to consider is.. Only in that 5th gear you can access that top end!!.. 6th gear will relax the engine n keep it at lower revs where there is not much happening with NS160 engine!.. So what's the point!.. Also NS160 has its redline at 9500rpm..
I agree NS160 is not worth it.. N160 is a far more sensible & useable bike than this..

as u said a 6th gear will smooth the engine to lower rpm and can perform better. ns160 character is top end surge and its super rough in top end so 6 th gear makes perfect sense.
btw duke 125 , mt 125 have 6th gear. if the fueling is for top end 6th gear makes sense.

Bajaj has good bikes but worst after sales service, if you have mechanic friend go with Bajaj, otherwise think twice. I totally disappointed with every Bajaj service centers I reached, if you contact customer care about service quality they will treat you like an enemy 😕
