You've made an anxiety simulator. I can 100% confirm that as someone with anxiety, this is basically my life.
Instead of walking around tense, I tend to clench my jaw because it's less visible. Then, I get headaches when I do that too long.

If you are really freaked out out it; most people in fires typically die from smoke inhalation long before the fire gets to them, and spontaneous human combustion was only ever 'recorded' anecdotally with people that consumed much alcohol. However, if you ever find yourself in a fire, wetting clothing or a cloth and using that as a mask will filter a good majority of the soot & smoke. Also, covering yourself with water will create a steam barrier which can last for just a couple seconds of you need to get through a small & hot enough area.
