- I head out on a 2 day overnight solo adventure exploring bays, tropical beaches and uninhabited islands. With crab pots and fishing rods I catch some awesome seafood. Cooking it up right on my boat and camping on the water. Delicious mud crab for dinner right on sunset for dinner is the order of the day. The underwater night light brings in some interesting creatures and the tunnel tent performs great. One day I will be a contestant on alone Australia tv show.

Can I make one suggestion though… try using the carapace as a bowl, on top of your cooking crab, to poach/steam a fish fillet. Bloody beautiful.

Andy, you might want to try using a microplaner for your garlic. It will be much easier to mix in to your dishes without leaving large chunks. Enjoy watching your videos! Keep up the great work ☺️

That legal coral trout was super dark when you brought it up to the surface and then lightened up a ton. Simply beautiful colors on it.

Great video Andy. I love fly fishing. I went to Rodger Daultys fly fishing lake at the weekend a managed three rainbow trout. Two 3 pounders and a four. And I got to talk to the great man himself.
That's great, sometimes even the stocked lakes can be hard to fish, like my video in the UK.

Life happened and haven't been fishing in almost 15 years. I've been buying all new gear and ready to fish the Pacific Northwest again. Your videos definitely inspiring me to get out there. Andy you're a mad man! Eating hot crab is the best way to diarrhoea, normally ill take the crab straight out and put it in an ice/water slurry.

Good one, Andy. Yes, more fly fishing please. I was just watching an old fly tying video of yours which came up in my recommended list, and i didn't realise you had that background. Very interested in the tying aspect, your fly selection (what you might have tied yourself v purchased) and fly on the flats/with tuna etc.

Would love more fly fishing videos. Especially the tusk fish, they are such an interesting species. If you are ever in the Florida Keys I would highly recommend getting a charter to the Dry Tortugas for monster bonefish.
