✦How to make flower pasta branch (Edible flower branch)
1.Cook regular spaghetti pasta for 4 minutes
(regular cooking time is 6-7min)
2. rinse in cold water, leave some water for pasta to soak,
drop 2-3 drops of green food coloring (I used @Wilton mossgreen) let it sit for 10 minutes
3. drain and dry it in the oven for 20-25minutes in 200F (94C) or drain it and dry it overnight

✦파스타 꽃 가지 만드는법
1. 4분정도 끓는물에 삶아주세요 (보통 6-7분 쿠킹시간걸리는 스파게티 파스타면)
2. 찬물에 헹궈내고, 물이 자작할정도로 남긴후 식용색소를 2-3방울 정도 넣어서 10분간 놔두세요.
3. 색소물을 빼낸뒤, 오븐에 20분-25분정도 건조시키세요 (94C 정도) 오븐건조 없이 밤새 자연건조 시켜도 됩니다-

I just love your work so much. Been following you on Instagram for a few years now and you’ve inspired me to hone my skills. I use to be a pastry chef. I was a single mom who was trying to raise kids and have a career. Eventually I felt I had to make a choice because I couldn’t balance both. My kids needed me and I wanted to be there as much as I could, so I switched careers that allowed me to be home on the weekends, holidays, etc. I sometimes feel sad and wonder what I could’ve done with all my experience.
