I’ve figured out recently that main reason why i am stuck in something is because i am extremely addicted to my emotions. If something goes wrong it can ruin my day at all! I know i am not alone in this problem, but i envy (kindly) people who are less sensitive and have more stamina

Great list. 🙌🏼 Extremely relatable and things not a lot of people talk about. I totally identified with first 3 points, seeking more information, not taking action, and feeling guilty when I don’t take action. Solutions are exercise, meditation and spending time in nature.

Wow! I felt creeped out, as if you observed my thoughts. These habits are too relatable, and they are holding me back.
Here is the summary for viewers:
    5 Habits Keeping you STUCK:
    1. 0:33 Infomania due to FOMO. Can't focus on tasks. Busy all the time, yet no progress.
    2. 1:39 Knowing-doing trap.
    3. 2:45 Achievement addict. Productivity guilt. Always short of time. Self criticism. Burnout.
    4. 3:44 Multitask. Keep switching tasks to avoid the pain of boredom. Linked to FOMO.
    5. 4:37 Attachment to phone.
    5 Ways to Get UNSTUCK
    1. 6:23 Stop & resist. Just for 5 min initially.
    2. 6:50 To deal with Knowing-doing trap, go to the last video/podcast/article/book you consumed and identify just one thing you will put into practice.
    3. 7:15 For achievement addiction, carve out some mindful leisure time. Stop comparing career achievements with others.
    4. 7:45 For Multitaskers, recondition yourself to be comfortable being alone with yourself and your thoughts. When agitated or bored while doing something, resist the urge to switch. Note down what you are experiencing.
    5. 9:00 Put away the phone out of sight.
    Here I did point 2.
    Thanks a ton Shade!

1,3, 4 is definitely me. These last two years I've added so many tasks and stress on me. Mainly because my job isn't making money how it used too and I'm looking for different outlets. I even went to school to become a licensed esthetician my dream career. no luck in that either yet and it's been 2 years. Now I'm opting into Drop shipping. (started last month) I'm not consistent on my CZcams channel either. I have two off days and I toggle between multiple tasks. One of those days is for catching up on sleep and deep cleaning. I was burnt out last year for sure and felt like I had 0 progress and was stuck.

I do analyse at times but procastinate implementing it
I get so bored easily and lose my focus
I endlessly waste time on youtube for no reason at all
    solution:
I shall resist for unnecessary researches nd write down the others.
I shall not use youtube during study time henceforth
I shall resist my temptation shift my work
I shall focus better in the work I am doing

    1. Procrastination: Delaying tasks can hinder progress and keep you stuck in a cycle of unfulfilled goals.
    2. Negative self-talk: Constantly criticizing yourself may limit your confidence and prevent personal growth.
    3. Fear of failure: Avoiding challenges due to a fear of failure can impede your ability to learn and achieve success.
    4. Lack of goal-setting: Without clear goals, it's challenging to make meaningful progress and break out of stagnation.
    5. Resistance to change: Being unwilling to adapt or try new things can hinder personal and professional development.

1 - information overload is good - we just need to make sure it is useful information which will help you in career instead of any trending gossip information
2 - knowing doing gap should be as less as possible.1% inspiration and 99% perspiration
3 - Achivement addiction is good.
4 - Multi task is good if task you are doing things which requires less attention. But when you sit to do something important then don't multi task and focus on birds eye.
5 - uninstall anything from your phone which becomes addictive and waste your time.

I'm definitely an infomaniac, and the knowing-and-doing trap resonates with me as well. Watching this video proves it. At least most times I take notes and attempt to do whatever the video or article says I should do, but inconsistent... and I tend to beat myself up way too much. I tried to learn self discipline, failed. Without that skill my life is literally stagnant, I could stay in my the entire day without doing anything, on youtube, daydreaming, later talking with friends. One thing at least I don't end up depressed. The latest technique I want to implement is to surround myself with people that are self disciplined(you are the average of the 5 people you spend most of your time with).

And now this video describe the things which I have. I always want to achieve more and more and that is why can't hold to something even a job. When I start something new I love it and put my whole attention and work towards it. And once I learned then I want to move to something new. And if I don't start something new then that thing will look to me routine and then that will start boring and stressing me. Hi Shadé. I recently came across another video from you (about the "5 deceivers" of the mind) and started to enjoy your posts. The first reason you presented really hit me. It is interesting that I always had this need for knowledge and I'm also feeling stagnated. It was just a little bit confusing to me. One good example in my daily work is when I attend some meetings in English (you may have already noticed I'm not a native speaker... lol). Someone uses a different word or an expression and I always take note and search for it later. It normally doesn't affect my understanding during the discussion, but I do want to learn it. It looks like it improves my English with time, and apparently it is benefitial for me, but now I'm uncertain if this is really affecting my focus and my progression, as you exposed in your speech. Can you articulate a lit bit more about this? I'm on a deep search for the reasons I'm feeling stagnated and this was really ground breaking for me. Thanks!

Powerful video thank you. Nailed every point, so many of us suffer from every mention there. Appreciate the solutions to deal with these aswell. What I'm seeing in all of this is that we must practice becoming more aware, more aware of our behaviours and actions, evaluate and change what's damaging to what's servings us.
