He used different Apple Watches. Just let it die, completely. It will take time but there’s like 3 options and only 3. 1.buy a new one (if you have apple care) it will almost cost the same if you go get it fix. 2. Try the method of turning on the screen, it will only turn for a couple seconds that sometimes can add on to be minutes or hours (but let the battery die so when you charge it it will turn on again as normal) 3.Go change the battery somewhere where you might think it’s more economic for you but quality might go even more down
Is it safe to buy this kind of watch? Initially it was showing green snake but now owner says its charging normally...but its without bill..what should I do?

This happened to me just now. The watch was given to me as a gift a month ago and the green snake appeared. I followed one comment I saw from another tutorial that you put it on the charger and just continue pressing both buttons for 10 seconds. I thought it wont work because I tried it for a couple of mins and still the green snake appeared. I kept pressing until the apple logo appeared. Just press both buttons while connected to its original charger (for 10 seconds -do it again and again) keep repeating until the apple logo appears. Hope it works for you. My apple watch is the Apple SE series.
Wait the battery ends. Than charged for 1 or 2 days and the watch back. I had this in a week a bought my apple watch series 1, and this works for me. I don't know why this problem occurs

I charged it for an hour with the wall plug and it didn’t work Solution: Connect the charger to a laptop (charge your watch with the laptop) it turned on quickly

Don’t use an aftermarket charger if it goes dead use the charging cable that came with the watch .
It didn’t work for me. I’ve watch so many videos.
If it never worked you have to let your watch fully die where you can’t see the green snake

Ive replaced mine at the store next day. Reason was - they were sitting in the store for too long, simple as that.

Just it needs to charge , i tries 3 charger and just on the thrid chargeur after 10 min it started
If new apple watch
Use original cable
Connect to Windows PC or Laptop till connected
And wait till apple logo show, and setup

This only happened to me after putting it on my aftermarket charging stand. I think apple does this so you buy their products
I just left mine on the charger for 30 mins and the apple logo appeared without me doing anything
