- a 1994 interview of Dolores O'Riordan , lead singer of the Cranberries on Wogan's Island.
She is discussing life in Ireland.
Very cute as she says she will have a big family, have a caravan bus and travel everywhere.
He asks her if she will teach them the penny whistle and she says she will teach them how to do a jig:). - Hudba
I never get tired of hearing her voice.
What a beautiful singing and speaking voice. The Irish accent is gorgeous, and I wish I had it.

I never saw this interview before. Is there more to it? Love her accent. I think this period (1994 - 1995) is when her voice was the strongest. Thanks for sharing.

I like what she said about education and the need to globalize. How opportunity for advancement should be included. I was born in America so I know about the struggles with identity and class. You are who you are and no green dollar is going to change that unless there are lots of them.
R.I.P.: (
she's fantastic
R.i.p
i am fan Dolores!!!!
I think I recorded the original video of this on VHS
Sad, because it still pretty much the same, 25 years later.
That issue has been happening here in the Phils. for decades. Lots of well educated youth most of us tend to go abroad to search for a "greener pasture".
It is true what she said about employment and education in Ireland, but those things are much better there now, people is going there instead of leaving, i think her wishes came true. Wait, was I the only one who listened what she actually said? hehe
She was against miscegenation and it does not have any more and she was mistreated in Ireland for that!
they said she was racist because she did not want to ...
But nobody talks about it obviously ...
Wish I had that accent
"IMM A LEPRECHAUN !!"
I'm not Irish but I have that accent and it's gotten into my singing too :)
💚💚💚💚🕊🙏🕊💚💚💚💖🍀
It's funny I love in us . And I wanna run away to Ireland
She is a babe, her husband is a lucky man.
gostei!!
to embrace Her strong strong strong and stay so for 1.000.000.000.000.000.000 years, centuries, millenniums. and it would be not enough
I grew up in Ireland (born in Canada .. but moved back to Ireland 1 year after I was born). My mother was born in Dublin then married a man from England (typical huh).
But I come back to Ireland now and am hated like trash in the street (my accent gives me away now). In Canada I feel like a bit of a stranger and disjointed from land and people ... and I miss Ireland.
I guess you just can't go home once you have left.

where's the other half of the video?
cheeky bxtch I luv it!
It's the same cycle that keeps happening.....many of the most brilliant citizens of Ireland face persecution and are driven from their own country, leaving Ireland in a constantly weakened state.
@amazingdany just as u said it dude.
weird you mean like magic
@TwelveBridges people know how to speak it...its just minority...there are pockets of irish speaking communities throughout ireland...so therre is enough people to keep it alive..its just the publics general outlook is that its not important enough to teach efficiently.
thumbs up if you think she looked the best in the 'dreams' video
