- One last bootleg for this year, a late Christmas gift! Hiroshima 2003 is another kind of a popular bootleg in which we can see a fine performance from Kotipelto, at least in the first half of the show (One of the best Find Your Own Voice performances). Furthermore, Tolkki improvises the solo in Paradise and plays the first notes of Black Diamond in Jens' keyboard. That date was also the birthday of Sascha, one of the band's mates and they celebrate it.
Recorded live at Club Quattro, Hiroshima, Japan, 1st of June of 2003 (2nd night).

Indeed, he used to sing like a God especially combined with his looks. Cheers, and I hope there will be more bootlegs of 2018 gigs, I wish I could hear him singing nowadays in a well recorded video.
@@vhaleryanadamant1975 Yes, indeed I am a very huge fan of him, and Strato. You're absolutely right, I heard him with Strato on last 17th of October in Milano, Nordic Symphony tour with Tarja and.... Wow! Always great performance of all 5 guys, always impeccable! I shared little videos of this performance on Instagram, but of course the sound quality with the smartphone is low... Yes I like to hear to these bootleg very much! 🤘 🤘

I've heard little videos of kotipelto thst are ok quality and indeed he sings well in them but I still wanna hear some very good quality videos. Also his nowadays forever free sounds so good almost like RMJ 2004. Anyways, nice to meet you again at these videos, perhaps we might meet one day at one of the gigs haha, that would be quite awesome. Rock the metaaaal 🤘🏻!
@@vhaleryanadamant1975 Yes, I know, I'm lucky! They come to Italy very often!! You're right, in the last year Kotipelto improve his singing very much, seems almost like 15 years ago! On stage he's so full of energy, very impressive. But I still like to see his past performance... probably I regret not to have attend to them! It's a shame, I know... Sadly I'm quite old to have seen the gigs of those days, my first album was Destiny😂! See you on these bootlegs, and rock the metal!! 🤘🤘🤘

In 2003 I was 13 and stratovarius was the band of my life in that moment. Afortunately, I could see them alive in 17 of august 2003 in Chile. My first concert. Good memories.

Well, tolkkis playing on this show was simply sick, i think thats probably his best performance on a technical point of view that he even decided to blow away the beaultifull melodic solo on paradise 😂

26/08/2000 Also our tour manager (Sascha) and the stage manager (Schlanky, normally also our tour manager) were there. They wrapped a bandage around my hand (first a towel) and made it completely wet with water. -Kotipelto
