Eid special Restaurant style homemade masala karahi

Aslamoalikum I am sharing with you a very special homemade masala karahi recipe which is delicious and unique taste
The ingredients we needs are
Mutton 1 kg
Onions Green chillies red chilli powder half tsp salt half tsp
Masala you need dry roast
2 tbs coriander seeds
1 tbs jeera whole
1 tsp whole black pepper
2 tsp fennel seed
4 whole red chilli
Green chillies to taste
Garlic 5 cloves
Ginger one inch and some pieces you need to garnish the dish
