That stuff you said about emotionally unavailable parents hurts so much. I've had to deal with that almost my whole 20 years of living.
This is the first video I’ve watched on your channel. Being a huge fan of the boys and seeing your reaction to scrims album, truly resonated with the fabric of my soul and my upbringing. I am now a fan for life because you were able to tell me all of the things I needed to hear while you were reacting. For most of my life, I’ve been broken and torn down by the world until recently, where I’ve found belief and power in myself again and watching your reaction to this album, reaffirmed my healing journey. To anybody out there going through tough periods in life, just know that it’s not the end and you will make it out stronger and more powerful on the other side. This was the best album so far, he got so real and so personal . Who saves the savior made me cry it was very deep, and i could relate to so much of it, that it just got me emotional. Also that part in In "Dont Know Why" When he said " How can you help me, how can you save me? When this cup doing more than the love that you gave me" I felt that

I can say this, Scrim inspires me to be my best self. No one other than my Partner does that for me and that means a lot to me. Since my father passed it has been hard to find a role model.

Every single line is incredibly real and vulnerable. Usually ill think on a line that I really feel in my gut, this entire song is line after line of it. Song is way way looked over.

this album hits hard for me since I lost my father in 2021, but even before his passing it felt like he was never there mentally and I just hope I get out of the place I am in right now from not knowing whether I miss him or not since my whole teens he was hardly there especially since my parents separation

10:00 really hits for me because i od'd on heroin and was dead for 3 hours got revived and was in a coma for a day by all accounts of medical professionals I should not be here. But oddly the weirdest thing for me its like I teleported there was nothing no black no light nothing idk I just felt like death would feel like something instead of nothing. but I got a blessing in disguise even if I didn't realize it at the time because I saw how much my death affected people everyone thought I was dead and you know deep down it'll affect people but seeing it really makes it impossible for me to ever put the people that love me in that situation again.
Tom you truly inspire me to seek help. Hopefully one day i can actually afford the therapy.
