Thanks love 💖💖 I do not work a 9-5 currently self employed 🫶🏽 my advice tho is just practice when you can & try to stay consistent. Even if you find the time to practice twice a week that’s still some kind of consistency 💗 when I did work a 9-5 I would find time when I was off
