Let me explain. So, apps I already have are fine. They work good. When I install a recorder, however, it "keeps stopping" then the app opens, or just does not open and keeps stopping. This means I can't access the app that works because "keeps stopping" is in the way. If I click off it, it closes the app too. If I install a game, same thing happens, very rarely I will get it to work. Can you suggest a fix? I've searched all over youtube. This is really annoying for me.

i can't see unistall option so i updated it and unistall option came and then i clicked on unistall and it came update after unistalling it what should i do

In my Lenovo tab 4 10, there is no option to uninstall the Android system webview. I can go to the app on the Play Store but I cannot uninstall the application. No button is available to uninstall the application.
