I heard Lights on the radio 10+ years ago and really liked it but assumed she was Norwegian based on her voice and some of the lyrics. Singing about her family reminded me of Bjork for some reason. Rediscovered her recently and was surprised to see she is very British. ❤

She is very personal about her approach to music, something unique about artists that is becoming quite rare. When I listened to her first few releases(Hit releases of multiple albums), I couldn't stop thinking about the lyrics and felt so inspired that I wanted to also wanted to do the same thing and have an impact on people positively through music. I am planning on releasing a single to multiple platforms in 2019,just so I could say that I am proud of something. I honestly don't think that I am the next pop star to go viral but who knows, maybe people wold want to listen to it,idk but im wishing much love to y'all and hope you have a blessed one.

I totally understand the part when she said that she was tired of performing, touring and couldn't stand her voice. I TOTALLY got that vibe from her for a long time and now i see her different, what actually makes me feel good 😄
Yeah, if you watch any of her 2017-2018 concerts, you'll notice how she is frowning a lot in between songs, unlike in her early years when she used to smile a ton. Hope she changes.
