Meditation is never about pushing down your thoughts.
Oh i think she may have meant more like completely clearing the mind, i think some people may try to have their mind completely silent as opposed to really seeing/hearing or noticing the thought and being conscious about thanking the thought for being there then letting it float on. If that makes sense 😊

I would love for the next retreat to be in the US. We have so many beautiful places here to choose from and the state of government issues make it uncomfortable to travel out of the country.
