I so miss skiing I use to spend every Easter vacation on Mount Heavenly it was the best time spent on those ski runs. My granddaughters will learn to ski when they are old enough.
I support the Heavenly Ski Patrol and their dogs efforts to rescue people in need... I do NOT support KCRA News' clever use the video title...implying that there was an avalanche in Tahoe. I"m gonna thumbs down em' LOL. Fool me once shame on you KCRN. Fool me twice...
"In a timely fashion"; I mean, hey, you're dead, but " we came as fast as we could". Really, kudos, but the math doesn't work. What's the success rate for avalanche responses? ( Happy to be proven ignorant in this; I hope it's better than I suppose.)
