Very nice video sir. It answered all of my questions. I am going to use one of these to power up an AC1200 outdoor wireless point repeater from a solar panel and battery at a remote location. The wireless point needs a 24v power injector energized. Output voltage looked very stable at varying input voltages from your test. Looks like it will work for my application. Thank you sir, great video!!!

Nice work on the video, I was looking for a more commercial DC-DC for a laptop power supply @ 19V and was worried about the quality of this style of power supply but after watching your review I am considering using one and the brand you used. good work

Congrats for your video! I have a CPAP that I want to feed from a 12v battery, and it runs at 24V with 3.33 amps of consumption, that's what the manual says. If this converter gives an output of 10 amps it exceeds notably the electric demand of the CPAP. As long as it seems that a 3.33 amps output is not commercially available, what output would be more convenient, 3 or 5 amps? Thank you, sir!

Can backfeeding this 24V at the output damage it?

I like you video but I have a question for you. When you setup for the short circuit test, the reason you did not see a spark was because you jumper wire was wired correctly and all of your other test leads were too. So at that point all you did was just hook positive to positive and negative to negative.

Hey Watt can you hook this to the Pv side of a mppt Victron charge controller? Then limit the current within the app to 10 amps. Oh and why did you stop making videos?, I hope all is well and big ALOHA from Hawaii

Please load it till the output shuts down pulling 12A is not really an OCP test, also please add ripple testing.

I did short circuit test which is short and 12A . I did 12 because it showed to be useful. it can handle 12A but I did short circuit protection. Short circuit is actually protecting the device.

this works with DC device. does not matter what kind you connect. You connect 12V at the input and it will output 24V simple as that.
