I always check in on this song once a year or so.
As the son of a former record exec I've had the fortune to have seen virtually all the greats live. But I have never been blown away by a concert like I was way back in 2004 when Lambchop lit up Haarlem. Amazing!

This is too good for youtube... I guess Lambchop could possibly be more known in Europe than in USA, doesn't fit in the cliché, but I don't either. I love creativity and I also love the fact that Kurt is coming to Madrid next April 1st.

@davebest2001 I really enjoyed every minute of the gig. I was kinda prepared for the set to be as it was given the songs on the 'Mr. M' album. The last time I saw them, they were touring the 'Ohio' album and they rocked it up a bit more on a few numbers. They were all business this time though and a bit solemn for the first half. Good banter towards the end though. As always, they played great throughout and the audience was very receptive. A privilege to see them live again.

Wow! One of those moments of "That'll do, Music. That'll do."... as it's zenithed/job is done (using the line from the end of our Babe (1995)).
It's got more of a building summer storm, than an autumnal (aka "Fall"), feel to it, but a breeze is a breeze & times are always 'a changing.
Not dissimilar, in theme & instrumentation (even in intellect & intensity, tho Gordy rock 'n' rolls it from in straight from the downbeat), to another live performance by our King of Pop/Golden Wolverine/Son of The Morning Star/Savage Sportsman/Housewives' Choice (etc)/Dave Graney ('n' The Coral Snakes) of his "I Caught My Heel in a Crack of Time" on his live album "The Lure of The Tropics" (the song original on "I Was the Hunter & I Was the Prey" has a different, almost rumba, tone). czcams.com/video/D-2sSfhqu0k/video.html
