Please don’t confuse the behaviour of Western governments, and the press that works as propaganda arms for said governments, as the humanity of Western societies. The heinous murder of Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank has revealed to people in Western societies that their governments are not sovereign. The West is occupied by Israel and its supporters in any given country. The Jewish bankers, tech leaders, pharma leaders, news and media owners. No matter what percentage of the Western societies support cease fire and ending support for Israel, no matter how many people are boycotting, marching, protesting in any form, their representatives are not listening to their constituents. What’s more, these governments are instituting new laws to further limit the rights of their citizens to protest and demand action. I’d also like to address the sentiment that the reason the West is not doing anything is because the Palestinian people are brown, and somehow if they were white this would not go on. With all due respect, this is rubbish. While I don’t deny that there is a small portion of any society who will not care about what’s happening in Gaza because the people are not white or are of Muslim faith. Let me assure, if the Palestinian people were whiter than the palest Scandinavian and/or Christian, the Western governments would act just the same. Maybe there would be a bit more feign outrage, but not much and not for long. Why? Because the politicians are bought off or their lives or the lives of their spouses and children have been threatened by M*ss*d. They killed a sitting US president - JFK - and carried out 9/11 attacks on US soil. Do you think they won’t get rid of any senator or a member of a house of representatives? We are dealing with something so vast, so dark and so powerful that it’s hard to believe there is no supernatural power behind it all. This darkness lurks on every continent, in every country, and in every corner of the society. It’s everywhere and it’s casting a long, dark shadow upon the world.
I had to sign that pledge in Oregon around a couple decades ago working for the School District. This actually started my awareness and activism towards Palestine. I worked with 2 Jewish people, both Zionists. One very insistent any support for Palestine was supporting Terrorism. The other lady was very kind with an open mind. She taught special needs kids and that's pretty much how she broke it down to me. When she did that, she couldn't defend making it illegal to peacefully protest because that only leaves violence. She was no longer Zionist by the end of our conversation. I cannot take the credit, she was very kind & a great teacher. Her breaking down so a child could understand, she changed her own mind. I just asked questions like, I thought we're supposed to vote with our money & isn't boycotting one of the most peaceful ways to protest & if you take away a people's ability to peacefully protest, doesn't that lead to violence?

The conflict predated the "terrorism", and came about because the Unionist established responded to Catholic calls for equal civil rights with brutality (Peoples Democracy march for instance) and murder (Bloody Sunday, Ballymurphy Massacre), and it was only then that people en masse turned to violence
