@@99Nars The biggest thing is they don't stick. Even if you bathe the sausages in oil in stainless steels they are likely to stick and it they tend to get waaay hotter than what you set the temperature to.
I was actually banking on this one. My grandpa once got an aged chorizo that I told him tasted a hint like crunchberries, and it was delicious! I'd definitely like to nominate a revisit to this sausage in later videos🙏
