Saare athletes ko agar dekhoge to sab late twenties aur early thirties tak max perform kar paate the aur best looking the.       Not " perfect " for your age bro , When u wrote this comment 7 months ago , I was 13 yo , and doing much more then your workout, I was fat in 6th or maybe we can say lockdown and when lockdown got over , I started doing much much more exercise and lost all my fat , now I literally do meditation, weight lifting, calisthenics, I do everything an adult does and maybe a little more then an adult , so I'm just saying u should increase your intensity a little bit

    Hi Chadtag bro iam 14 years old and I wanted to stay healthy and grow up fast as a teen and I started watching your videos and started self improvement in which you also said for good teen physical development you must sleep more than 8 hours and I used to sleep very well but recently iam having trouble sleeping and iam getting very less sleep according to my age (4-6h) but my elders are telling me it's normal. Please help me whenever I go to sleep random thoughts attack my mind and my conscious mind cannot get into REM SLEEP. Whenever I go to sleep I start thinking of the problem and again I can't sleep.

    Bro im 16 i my weight 54 im tall i think my weight is at least is good but look little skinny . Even tough i eat lot (really ) i cant gain weight. I eat alteast 3-4 eggs a week chicken in two weeks and 6-7 chapati at time.

    Me hair grow kar raha hu almost 8/9 months ho gaye hain, but growth kafi slow hai.
    Second ye ke meri scalp kafi itchy hai jiski wajah se hairfall bhi ho raha hai, bohot ziada hair fall nai hai but above average hai
    3rd ye ke baalo me oil lagata hu coconut ka is liye shampoo bhi karna parta hai 2/3 din me 1 dafa although i am against shampoos as well

    Bhai tumhare saath aisa kabhi hua hai ki tumhe tumhara future sapne mai dikh jaata hai, mere sath aisa har 1-2 months mai ek baar hota hai. Kuch bura,kucch accha ya kahi ghumne ka sapna pehle hi dikh jaata hai.(5 year pehle) Mere 7th class ke exam chal rahe the to Mera Sanskrit ka exam tha but mujhe kuch yaad nhi tha exam ke 2 days pehle mai soch raha tha kya Karuna phir ussi raat mujhe sapne mai, dikh rha tha ki mai exam de rha hu aur uske saare questions dikh rhe the phhir exam ke day bhi exam mai same 2 same questions aaye the😄😅
