I'm shopping for a mattress, and I wanted to see the difficulty level in assembling this myself, but I can't because the video just cuts off right when the guy lays the first layer down.

I was thinking the assembly would be like this of my sleep ez mattress, but it ended up being pre assembled -- all 3 layers inside the cotton cover. So when I broke the plastic seal, it immediately all started expanding! The unfun part of this is I was expecting to move layers at a time from my living room to my bedroom (since it is rather heavy all together). But now I had the whole mattress sitting in my living room. oops.
It took everything I had to pull the mattress to my bedroom, down the hallway, and then onto the foundation. Esp since there are no handles on the mattress cover. Then I had to open the cover and realign the individual layers as they had shifted in the jostle to the bedroom (you will want to shake/ripple out the individual layers and not just pull to get them to move). So make sure if you're getting a sleep ez you know which model you're getting as it may already be fully assembled. Better to take it all to the bedroom first before opening plastic!
