very good idea. one more. instead of two brushes, one lengthy car cleaning brush may be bought and folded into two equally without cutting and the handle portion may be inserted into a lengthy PVC pipe as you told and wiping as you told. so the t and l bend and small pipes purchases can be saved. your preparation is really good but costly. my idea has not striked you or you will certainly do. try sister. 99.999% of people are not cleaning the ceiling fan and kitchen exhaust fans since their fixation. hope your suggestion will make them to think but they should do. anyway, something is better than nothing. wish u all the best.
