For me, Allie, despite the fact that she is one of the youngest of the street singers who sing in those streets of Dublin, has already 6 years of experience. That together with her great voice, also special, make her the beacon of that Grafton street.🎶

@@cherylcunningham7975 I don't know what you mean when you say it's about her. As far as I know, Allie is a veteran of busking, despite her young age. I have seen countless videos, where she is the one who gives in so that the other person sings first. Sometimes they have even given her the position, since due to her powerful voice, there are people who do not reach that note that the song requires and she does give that level. Of course it is not the case of Cuan, because he has a lot of quality and a great voice.

As a pianist myself I greatly appreciate this young man's delicate touch and subtle harmonies. His way of playing is very musical and sensitive, showing he is a high quality musician. A heartfelt moving performance for both of you💗

Sigue pasando el tiempo y sigue cantando "Shallow" igual de maravillosamente bien. Para mí está siempre será su canción estrella, con ella la descubrí cuando tenía entonces sólo 12 años en CZcams 😊 Aquella actuación callejera fue realmente algo épico.
Incluso creo que lo ha mejorado con el tiempo. Pues a los 11-12 años, la voz no es la misma que a los 17, ni tampoco la experiencia
@@mikelcraus241 para mí aquella actuación es inigualable, desde luego su voz ha madurado, pero aquella garra y aquella potencia aún me pone los pelos de punta cuando la escucho. Además allí cantó sola y en otras versiones acompañada adapta y amolda su voz a la del acompañante, cosa que ha aprendido a hacer muy bien.
@@javierdianezmillan1044 También he escuchado esta versión , sola y acompañada. Dependiendo cual era su acompañante, la canción brilla aún más. Recuerdo a uno que le gustaba terminar en el estribillo o estrofa, 1 segundo o 2 más tarde cuando les tocaba cantar juntos
y eso empeoraba algo la misma.
@@mikelcraus241 claro, ese es el problema de cantar acompañada, hay que saber acompasar las voces y subir o bajar el tono propio. Quizás sea algo emocional, pero en aquella primera versión, y recuerdo bien que Allie tenía solo 12 años, sentías que realmente habia nacido una estrella, alguien con la fuerza y la capacidad para comerse el mundo. Una niña aún persiguiendo su sueño y demostrando que estaba por encima de todos.

The best version of Shallow I have ever heard is the one Allie did with Cuan a couple of years ago that blew up into millions of views. Not only was Allie at her best, but I also loved Cuan. In that version, at the highest point in the song, Allie goes from ahhh, ahhh, ahhh straight into the lyrics...out of the deep end....without ever taking a breath. When I first saw and heard it, I was awestruck. I searched Lady Gaga 's studio and live versions to see if she did that. She doesn't. I don't know anyone but Allie who could. It's one of those things that made me believe she was a truly unique talent. I wonder if she could still do that? Allie? I'm just curious. Maybe as she has matured she cannot?

Different circumstances, Cuan was unique in his awe and exceptional talent it just added to the whole experience that led to so much reaction.
This experience was a stellar performance by Allie however in my opinion she didn’t know that the last solo part was going to be sung by the young man and it just speaks volumes as Allie became the harmony instead of the enormous vocalist star we know her to be.
It was a great performance but Allie needs to be that star we love her to be and take that control where she soars and ultimately brings us all to hit that like button . I felt she was surprised by it all . Love you Allie , just take that control and still share those moments we love to see.
