    Eid Special Dum Wala Qeema Written Recipe with Directions
    Ingredients:
    -Cooking oil 1 cup
    -Mutton Qeema 1 Kg or Beef Qeema
    -Garlic (lehsan) cloves 7-8
    -Ginger (adrak) 1 inch
    -Salt (namak) 1 or to taste
    -Tomatoes (Tamatar) 8
    -Water (pani) ½ cup
    -Red chili (lal mirch) powder ½ tsp or to taste
    -Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ½ tsp
    -White pepper (Safaid mirch) powder ½ tsp
    -Red chilli flakes (adh koti lal mirch) ½ tsp
    -Cumin Seeds (zeera) powder ½ tsp
    -Grounded mixed spices (garam masala) ½ tsp
    -Lemon (nimbu) sliced
    -Green chillies (hari mirch) Julienne
    -Ginger (adrak) Julienne
    -Mozzarella cheese
    -Coal (koila)
    Directions:
    -In a Karahi, add oil and Qeema and wait until oil heat on high flame.
    -In mortar and pestle, add garlic and ginger and make a paste.
    -Add ginger and garlic paste and salt in qeema. Then deep dry the qeema for 4-5 minutes on high flame.
    -Cut the tomatoes into two halves and add them to qeema.
    -Now, add water and cover, and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame until it is tender.
    -Remove the skin of the tomatoes. Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, red chilli flakes, and cumin seeds powder, and mash the potatoes with the help of a spoon. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on high flame until the water dries.
    -Heat the handi and shift the qeema in it.
    -Add lemon, ginger, and green chillies and cook on a medium flame for a minute.
    -After that, add mozzarella cheese to it. For koila dum, take a small bowl and place an aluminum foil in it. Heat a piece of coal and place the burning coal on aluminum foil. Place this aluminum foil on the top of the qeema and cover the handi with aluminum foil and place the lid on it. Cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
    -Mix well. Dish out serve and enjoy with nan or roti.
    Tips and Tricks:
    -Mutton qeema timing is 20-25 minutes, while beef qeema timing is 30-35 minutes.
