Rolling hills... as hilly as Florida gets and LOTS of new housing communities are fantastic! But the commercial growth is amazing too with so much here already and so much coming in the future!

Its funny how you never say how polluted lake apopka is though we local ppl always laugh at bella colina live right next to a polutied lake
We have mentioned the pollution problems many times in other videos. Not sure if we did here. At last check it was improving but obviously still a problem!
What town is more affordable? Minneola or Groveland? Love Clermont want to be close as possible and what's the average size for yards in New construction homes? Also need to be close to schools and shopping
Groveland is more affordable (generally) than Minneola. Basically the further you get away from Downtown Orlando or Disney, the better it gets!
Mineola is a nightmare,it used to be nice but its getting to big, traffic is a nightmare anymore !

This area was beautiful until developers stripped it down to nothing but housing.
There are still some beautiful, natural areas in Minneola, but you are definitely correct that a lot of it has been developed. Even though we know so many people that would like to move here, we get so sad when we see areas being cleared!
