sir isme jis partner ne fraud kiya hai sirf uski liability unlimited hogi ya phir sare hi partners ki liability unlimited hojayegi???
notes padhke what i can understand is the partner who involves in fraud will have unlimited liability and other partners will be liable for punishment
bas ye chota sa doubt hai sir....
and sir vo designated partner vala question at 1:05:48
sir is question me mr ram to hai hi nahi but module ke answer me mr ram ko D.P bana rakha hai sir...is this an ambiguous answer or is there something i am missing
can you please solve these 2 doubts of mine sir???
