This is the most delicious chicken breast I have ever eaten! Simple, cheap and very juicy! Easy recipe to make breast (chicken fillet)
Ingredients:
Chicken breast (fillet) - 4 units
Onions 3-4
Bell peppers (peppers) - 2
Mushrooms - 150 gr
Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons
Neutral oil - amount required
Maizena (Corn Starch) - amount needed
Cheese - 200 grams
Salt pepper
Oregano
Provanzal (dried garlic and dried parsley)

00:00 - easy recipe Chicken Breast
00:10 - Cut chicken breasts in half
00:23 - salt, pepper to taste
00:53 - Dip the chicken breasts in cornstarch (or wheat flour)
01:18 - Brown the breasts in a pan (with oil) for 1 minute on each side, just seal.
01:51 - cut into cubes 150 grams of mushrooms
02:03 - brown 3-4 onions

02:14 - brown 3-4 minutes bell peppers (peppers) cut into cubes
