I have been here in USA for 35 year,paid taxes,never Bad record,I bought my house 25 years ago,I respect the low,never food stamp,never stoped working,two jobs all the time,I have not freedom,no fly,not travel,In 35 years never see my mom again,she past away the last December 2020, I could not said Balla con Dios mon,I love,thank for all hard work u done for me. That’s one of the hardest things to go through as an immigrant. Not seeing your family for years and loosing them and not being able to be there to say goodbye is an issue beyond politics and borders. My mom gave up her life in her country to come here to give me a better life. She works 7 days a week pays taxes gets no benefits. 2 years ago she lost her father who she didn’t see in over 20 years and she couldn’t be there. My grandpa tried so hard to wait for her but he was too sick. No one has the right to separate families like that. What did my mother do wrong to deserve that? Was coming here for a better life such a crime to deserve that. At what point do people forget to be human and just think about politics and borders. As far as I’m concerned the earth wasn’t created with labels and borders. It’s time for a reform.
The fact of the matter is there are more than 11 million people living in the shadows. Many of these people have gone to school in the United States at United states Colleges and Universities. Many are working under the table when they could be paying taxes. MANY have been in hiding for over a decade. Think of all the money the United States has LOST because of this.
In addition, MANY are Physicians and Nurses who could be contributing to the. Astronomical levels of doctor and nursing shortages in the United States, especially in light of Coronavirus. The economic and healthcare impact of passing this bill is a complete NO brainer!!! ALL American tax paying citizens should welcome this bill. The economic impact. The agricultural impact. The healthcare impact. No words! There's nothing further to discuss. These people need to come out of the shadows pay their fines and taxes so we can grow our economy, grow the GDP (by 3%) and decrease the taxes that citizens are paying because undocumented immigrants are in hiding!! The 2013 bill was a bipartisan bill. Fair. And they didn't get it done. The bill even provided 700 MILES of border wall/fencing reinforcements on the Southern border. This is a win win situation for all parties and Congress needs to get this done ASAP!!!!!

@Had Rades Because not everyone will vote Democrat, some or even a large majority of people might have Conservative ideas, however if they don’t act early on the diverse vote they’ll end up losing the some amount of votes they could get.

It is humble request to USA Government to put Trust and Faith on Senior Citizens 75+ and grant them Permanent Immigration Visa and Green Card on their Application approved and give them Exemption from personal Interview.

Everyone realizes that without immigration this country will end up just like Japan with 30 years of economic stagnation. this is possible if they fund the borders and make them more safer . Legal status should be given only to.those who entered the USA legally with visas and they overstayed their visas. Also show basic knowledge of english and have clean background records. If they do it like this, it would be more quicker and profitable for the USA.
Those who jumb the borders enter the country illegalyl must be sent back right away. Those who want apply for asylum must do it at the border without entering the USA.
Anything for legal non immigrants who have been in the country for decades, paying taxes etc but their employers are not sponsoring them for green card etc? Any points based system for highly qualified candidates. I know a friend who has studied here in the US with graduate and post graduate degrees and over 20 yrs of solid professional experience and yet with no option to get the green card, his kids were born here and they are like 10-14yrs of ages. It would be nice to look into and give some sort of provision for legal, non immigrants who have studied with university degree and corporate America's experience.

We cannot ignore the fact that there are truly nearly 30 million people living in the shadows who could be paying fines and taxes and contributing to this country in exchange for legal status. The economy, agriculture and health care system would be completely dismantled if we even attempted to deport 8% of the US population. Not to mention the tax paying citizens who would have to pay for all of this. NOR can we ignore the fact that their are families that have been waiting for years, almost a decade, if not more, for LEGAL entry.
