A Brief note
Perinjakonam Thekkathu and Nagar Kavu, more than a century od were in ad dilapidated condition. All the members of the family which consists of Perinjakonam Puthen Veedu and Kallankuzhi Madhava Vilasom decided to renovate the Thekkath to its past glory.
Ashtamangala Deva Prasam was held on 07-01-2002 (Friday) by Brahmashri Girisan Thirumeni of renowed Ettacode Madom, As per the Charthu of the Deva Prasnam, we began the Parihara Kriyas.
On 07-03-2022 (Monday) the Anuja Vangal pooja was held Brahmashri Madhusudanan Thirumeni, the Chief Priest of Ettacode Madom. After this Pooja, we started the renovation work of Thekkath and Nagar Kavu. By God’s grace, in less than three months all the works were completed and was ready for Prasthista ceremony. The Prathishtapanam was fixed for 03-06-2022 (Friday). Various poojas were held for three days from 01-06-20222, culminating in Prathistapanam on 03-06-2022. All the Poojas were performed by a team of Poojaries under the Supervision of the Chief Preist Brahmashri Madhusudanan Thirumeni.
