I think it's okay, they're teaching him about health, Koreans may have a beauty standard for super thin people but that does not mean theyre healthy, they eat way too much greasy meat (thanks to the influence of us westerners probably tbh) and have cancer and chronic heart disease bc of it, koreans used to eat mainly rice and vegetables/herbs and it's said that food culture is dying out

@@nurs.ramlan1640 because in Korea when you’re born you’re already one. Each year on January 1 you have to add another year. That’s Korean age for you. If you’re born in December, then in January you’re going to be 2 even though you’re barely 2 months old.

usually i'd agree with you but lol in this case i seriously think you're overanalysing this... gunhoo seems to have some sensory or other difficulties, he cries / is disturbed by a lot of totally random things (which doesn't make him less adorable, and in fact makes him more adorable to me actually). gunhoo's parents and especially mum (main caregiver) are pretty body positive.

His upbringing has been consistently body positive and just positive in every way in general, it's nice to watch :) he frequently cries while looking afraid of the most random things - if you need me to put it plainly, although it's not right to armchair diagnose, some viewers suspect he might be on the spectrum. Anyway, since you seem quite bent on your sociological theory, go look up Seolsudae's videos, their parents clearly love them a lot but they've obviously absorbed so many body shaming notions.
