Good day to you master... I have question same TV TCL and tcon.. the panel has a barline and fine lines.. all voltage I'm top board is complete and side cof is good vgl is -5.9v on board is -6V .. I try to bypass vgl to see if there's a difference to side cof without not cutting anything but issue still desame hope you can give me some of your idea how I can fix it.. thanks Im just a newbie
